Domain Name Registration

We offer the registration of new domain names, and the renewal or transfer of existing domain names. This can be on its own, or in addittion to our hosting services. Website Hosting

In order to have a presence on the internet, business and individuals must own a domain name, aandd rent disk space on a server connected to the internet. Website visitors to their domain name will be able to view pages contained on the server.

Adept Hosting Ltd leases out web space to allow customers to upload their website(s). Subscription to our web hosting service is for a period from 6 months to 2 years. We also allow customers to rent a larger amount of space on our server in order to host multiple sites, or resell to their own clients.

0845 Dial-up Internet

In partnership with our sister company Adept Telco Ltd, we are pleased to offer an 0845 dial-up internet service to our clients. This service is provided by Adept Internet, and with no setup cost, and use of the internet is on a "pay-as-you-go" basis. Calls are charged at lo-call rate. Service Provision (Delivery)

Upon completing the online order form on this website, your details will be checked by our automated fraud prevention system. Please ensure that you are not using a proxy server, and that you are using a computer in the same country as the submitted billing address. In addition, please ensure that your contact number is a landline, since you may be required to answer the phone and enter a verification code. Transactions will not be processed until your order has either passed our fraud protection system, or has been verified by an automated phone call. Once we have made a transaction from your card, your account will be activated and you will receive your login details in a welcome email. Your hosting account will then be ready for use.

Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If our service falls below your expectations, then we will refund the cost of your hosting. Monies paid towards registration of domain names and SSL certificates cannot be refunded since they are provisioned by a third-party. Only in exceptional circumstances, such as a fraudulent transaction, will transactions be refunded for domain registration and SSL certificates. Adept Hosting Ltd is registered in England and Wales as a Private Limited Company, Number 5362260. All of our services are are provisioned from the UK, and are therefore all customers are subject to VAT at 17.5%. All prices displayed exclude VAT, unless otherwise stated.
